600 Premium Flow
The 600 Premium Flow features active transport of the material from the cutter bar “head-first” to the feed auger resulting in a very constant flow of the material into the combine so it can run close to its maximum capacity.
This ensures low peaks of torque on the drivelines thereby creating less wear and greater reliability as well as improved threshing and separation. In tough conditions like laid cereals and in peas and grass seed the header´s active material transport is a real benefit as the feed auger catches only cut material.
Even short material like malting-barley is transferred in a constant flow to the auger no matter if day or night. The distance between the cutter bar and the feeding auger is 1000mm - in rape seed the use of the reel is kept to a minimum resulting in lower losses while all crop is captured.

Optimised crop flow
The belts actively move the material heads first to the auger. The auger can be moved up and down with a hydraulic pump to convert from small grain to rape and ensure smooth feeding.
15 minute crop conversion
With no belts or filling plates to change, switching to rapeseed is quick. Just remove the divider, install the mechanical side knives and set the reel and auger for rapeseed.
Easy and low maintenance
Individually hinged belt sections lift up for easy access. The stainless steel covers are sealed and prevent dirt or stones from slipping underneath the belt. If dust builts up inside it can access through large openings below the belts. The self tensioning system of the belts ensure permanent top performance in various conditions or temperatures.
Patented mechanical side knifes
No Electrics, No Hydraulics – simple, robust, reliable.No heavy motor at the top end which means lower vibrations and lower losses.
